#033 – Free-Writing Session

In this episode I read/review some free-writing, which is located at: http://www.spuntoday.com/freewriting/.  I also speak about making my nieces 1st Bday Cake (thanks YouTube), watching ‘The Sacred Science’ documentary for free thanks to www.reset.me.  I watched Chinatown for the first time (regularly rated as the best Screenplay ever written).  This years World Series (LGM!), taking a day off and going to Forest Park in my hometown of Queens, NY to take some Autumn pics (that you can see at www.spuntoday.com/photography), a cool new YouTube channel I stumbled upon from Evan Carmichael: https://www.youtube.com/user/ModelingTheMasters which compiles a list of ‘Top 10 Rules for Success’ from various interviews of people like Jay-Z, Eminem, Warren Buffet and Bruce Lee.  Lastly I share two excerpts from the book I’m currently reading that resonated with me and that I think are dope; Tao Te Ching #10 & #17.
